PAINNNNN!

So much pain right now! LOL but the good kind! I can't lift my arms if I really think hard about it. Tonight is Cardio X. I actually don't mind cardio so I think it wont be too bad (yeah, right!)

I skipped breakfast again and just had coffee. I'm going to have to force myself to eat something in the morning. I've never been one to eat right away when I get up; I feel sick to my stomach.

No clue what I'm having for lunch today. I forgot (was too lazy) to make it before I came in to work.

What I ate on June 2, 2010

Breakfast:

Iced Coffee with skim milk
(Didn't eat anything ooopsss)

Lunch:

Subway 6in whole grain oat turkey sub: turkey, American cheese, lettuce, onion, peppers, salt/pepper/oregano, yellow mustard, light mayo.

Fat Free strawberry yogurt.

Snack:

Cliff Bar

Dinner:

whole wheat wrap with grilled chicken sliced, two slices of colby cheese, a spoon of hummus, yellow and orange peppers, dash of chipotle Tabasco Sauce.

3 Raspberries

Drinking water all day.
Iced tea with lunch.

Not badddd.

Thanks to criagslist I was able to pick up the entire P90X workout for a fraction of the TV cost. I didn't even go out of my way. The kind person met me outside of the deli I picked where I picked up my lunch.

Soon

Hello everyone. I am a normal dude about to embark on a 90 day workout craze. It's called P90X. I'm sure you've seen the infomercials late at night. Starting next week I will put my all in to completing the 90 day workout program. I'll post pictures after I've completed each 30 day period. I'm also going to start a video blog, vlog, if you will, documenting my experience/hardships along the way.

Things that may be my downfall:

-Chipotle burritos
-Ranch dressing
-Soda
